Conditions of Payment
Ordered titles will be shipped with invoice; payment is due within 30 days of the date of the invoice. All shipped orders remain the property of Phoibos Verlag until full payment has been received. In the case ofl ate payments, late fees and expenses of collection of at least 12 per cent of the invoice amount, as well as interest payable on arrears, constitute the terms of the agreement. Foreign bank transfers are to be endorsed with the notice, ´free of costs for the recipient.´ Please use the BIC/IBAN code given below; further information regarding foreign transfers may be obtained from your bank. Due to the high service charges we don´t accept cheques for payment. Instead, please take advantage of the possibility to pay via credit card (VISA or Euro/Mastercard) or by PayPal.

Tax-free Deliveries within the EU
The quoted prices in the catalogue include 10% MWSt (VAT). VAT-free deliveries to book traders and libraries in the European Union are possible only when the customer provides a VAT-Number. Please therefore provide your VAT-no. at the time of making the order.Our VAT-no. is: ATU 37 322 401.

Risk During Transportation
Our deliveries are prepared, controlled, and packed up with the utmost care. All shipments are carried out at the customer´s risk; replacements for shipments which are lost or damaged during transport cannot be undertaken by Phoibos Verlag. In such a circumstance, the customer or receiver, for the protection of his interests, should report the damage to the Post Office, Shipping and Delivery Service, Freight Company, or Railway within the time stipulated by such agencies.

Consignments for Inspection or Approval; Exchanges
Deliveries may only be returned to the Publisher within the specified period and only when in original, undamaged, resaleable condition. Replacements due to printing or production errors will be carried out when the claim is made within 30 days of receipt of delivery.

Austrian laws pertain. Jurisdiction and site of contractual fulfilment is Vienna.
